What Will My Child Do Each Week?
• Join a small-group, high-energy challenge led by an experienced educator (structured, playful, and screen-free).
• Practice one real life skill on repeat - speaking up, working with others, or bouncing back - through short challenges and games.
• Rotate roles (leader, teammate, presenter) so they get safe repetitions in confidence and communication.
• Bring home 1-3 minute mini-challenges to reinforce the skill.
KoaKids Curriculum:
Three Foundations
Teamwork & Communication (We) - Launch Focus – Speak up, listen well, collaborate, and work through small conflicts.
Confidence & Resilience (Me) – Stay steady under pressure, take healthy risks, bounce back, and persist.
Judgment & Execution (Do) – Make sound choices, adapt, follow through, and own outcomes.
FAQ
1. What ages is KoaKids for?
KoaKids is designed for elementary-aged kids. Groups are organized by age so the activities feel appropriate - not too easy or too intense.2. Is this tutoring or academic enrichment?
No. KoaKids is practice for human skills - confidence, communication, collaboration, resilience, leadership - skills that help kids in school and everywhere else.3. What if my child is shy (or the opposite, very talkative)?
Both will thrive at KoaKids. Shy kids build confidence through small, supported reps. Big personalities learn leadership, listening, and self-control - without being “shushed.”4. How do you measure progress if it’s not academic?
We use a simple skills rubric over time (e.g. speaks up, listens well, handles setbacks) and share that progress with you.5. How is KoaKids different from sports/club activities?
Those activities are great, but they’re not designed to systematically teach Human Skills. KoaKids is intentional practice with a leader who knows what to look for and how to build growth week to week.
